my inspiration for this site was mainly stumbling across random hoo haas one day.

i was looking for some metal slug sprites to remake in minecraft, and one of the links that ended up having what i wanted, was random hoo haas

i obsessed over it for a short while cus it was my first time finding one of these sites and ofc it had stuff i was interested in, primarly metal slug at the time.

idk how long after i made the logo for this site (made on win7 mspaint btw), originally called oldcardboardbox, and i belive rustedmetalcouch at one point... but i didnt know website making or html and i only had a windows 7 laptop haha.

then a bit more recently (1 or 2 years) i found sophies floorboard while i was looking up a band called Jejune which i might make a thing on.

these two inspirations and probably loads more mixed with learning some basic html, this site finally sees the light of day
